What do I do if a participant's BACtrack Skyn is no longer pairing with the app?
If a participant is having any issues pairing their Skyn after it was previously paired, please have them follow the steps below:
- Log out of Skyn app
- Turn Skyn OFF
- Go to iOS Bluetooth settings, and FORGET all Skyns
- Toggle Bluetooth on and off
- Restart iPhone
- THEN try to pair again totally fresh
*Please be sure to check that their Skyn is fully charged.
