What do I do if a participant's BACtrack Skyn is no longer pairing with the app?

If a participant is having any issues pairing their Skyn after it was previously paired, please have them follow the steps below:

  1. Log out of Skyn app
  2. Turn Skyn OFF
  3. Go to iOS Bluetooth settings, and FORGET all Skyns
  4. Toggle Bluetooth on and off
  5. Restart iPhone
  6. THEN try to pair again totally fresh

*Please be sure to check that their Skyn is fully charged.
